We will let you settle into your room and drop off your stuff. You’re free to chill out, play outside, wander the campus until 6:45pm (then proceed to main room).
The conference actually begins in the Main Roob/Pub (student Center) at 7:00pm.
Parking is located at the RIGHT of the residence. We recommend stopping in front, unloading and then dropping your car off in the parking lot to allow others to unload.
Make sure you eat before coming to the conference. There are a fair number of fast food joints in the area if you explore. Food wont’ be served the first night.
If arrive late, please proceed to the main room if you arrive before 9pm. If arriving past 9pm, you must find Derek Ma or David Ooi by calling their cell phones (see final confirmation e-mail for details).
